wow help anyone can tell me how they dealt with heartburn during pregnancy ? i am going nuts

a small article in American Baby magazine says that Iodine is important for baby's brain development when choosing a prenatal multi, check that it contains the nutrient.According to a study of 223 prenantal vitamins(both prescription and over the counter)only half contain it.

i just checked mine they over the counter and they dont have iodine.

I am going today for my 3D ultrasound and was just wondering is it safe? I mean is the radiation level a lot higher ?

I am 16 weeks pregnant and tried this test when I was 12wks. The result was girl. I dont want to go crazy with it but would like to know how reliable is the test? Has anyone tried it?
